Meet the team
David Graham
Registered Osteopath
David is originally from Cumbria and has practice there for the last 2 years treating a wide range of patients from sports people to manual workers, the elderly and office based workers.
He is a registered Osteopath having graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in London. His passion is helping people achieve more of the things that are important to them, whatever that may be. He doesn’t just treat the injury, but focuses on the whole person to help them get back to what it is they enjoy doing.
David practices a very structural “hands-on” approach to Osteopathy, using a combination of soft tissue massage techniques, joint articulation, joint manipulation and dry needling to help his patients reach their goals. He has a keen interest in biomechanics and is keen to get his patients involved in their own rehab and recovery with exercise prescription and movement advice.
David has a keen interest in fitness himself, regularly working out and has recently taken up bouldering too and enjoys challenging himself physically. He is always learning and exploring his passion for movement, function and overall health.

Will Martin
Nutrition and Wellness Coach
Are you ready for optimal health?
Are you totally new to nutrition and wellness coaching? Or you've started your journey, but you’re not sure where you’re going?
You may suffer with IBS, anxiety, weight gain, poor sleep, low energy, poor concentration or low mood.
Will would love to work with you.
At times, our health can easily feel out of balance due to various factors and daily habits. Lifestyle choices, environmental factors, genetic predispositions, and emotional wellbeing can all contribute to an imbalanced state of health.
Will’s core belief lies in the healing power of holistic health. This also includes the significance of preventive care but doesn't diminish the importance of modern medicine: nutrition and lifestyle are complementary. He believes in a whole-body approach addressing the root cause of your health issues. He explores all aspects of your life, not just the food you eat. By addressing the underlying causes of your health issues, you can achieve optimal health beyond just a state free of disease or disharmony. Will likes an approach that adds rather than takes away: he also emphasises the essential role of other pillars such as movement, mindset and lifestyle.
For years, Will struggled with depression, anxiety, and stress, as well as a host of gut issues. He felt like he was constantly battling these symptoms and didn't know where to turn for help. As he started exploring different options, he found nutritional therapy. He started experimenting with his own nutrition and lifestyle changes, and he started to notice a significant improvement in both his physical and mental health. His anxiety and stress levels decreased, and gut issues became less frequent and less severe. He decided to dive deeper into the world of holistic nutritional therapy and enrolled in a program to become a certified nutritional therapist. As he learned more, he became increasingly passionate about sharing this knowledge with others who are struggling.
Will qualified from the Collage of Naturopathic Medicine with a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition (DipCNM). Graduated from university with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science (BSc Hons) and Biology PGCE. He is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and insured to practice.
